Well, it had a neat room with big bathroom & super location...

Massive apartment with separate rooms, great for privacy after 3 weeks of traveling together. Good location, near the sea and main shopping street. Staff was friendly. Spacious and comfortable bed, big toilet. Close to bars and restaurants in the area. Wi-fi and flat-screen TV provided.

I had a wonderful stay at a spacious apartment at this property. It was a relief to have separate rooms after weeks of traveling. The location was also great, right in the heart of a pedestrian promenade. Despite what I had heard about the city, the area felt safe and clean. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, although I would recommend exploring the back streets for friendlier service and better food. I would highly recommend this hotel for its size, location, and comfortable accommodations.

Place was grand and just close to Santa Lucia. Truly really helpful personal. Perfect, excellent location close to the main promenade:)))

The hotel's rooftop restaurant offers divine food and breathtaking views. I enjoyed strolling along Via dei Mille, where all the fabulous brands can be found. The Excelsior is a hot spot for celebs - maybe I'll run into George Clooney next time!

The meeting rooms were missing a helicopter landing pad - how inconvenient!

The suites at Suites Lungomare in Naples were absolutely fantastic! The rooms were so comfortable and functional, and I loved the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and the private bathroom with a hairdryer. The free toiletries were a nice touch too. Everything felt so cozy and homely, making me feel right at ease during my stay.

One small downside for me was the bidet in the bathroom. Personally, I didn't find it necessary and felt it took up unnecessary space.

Noisy surroundings can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep, so earplugs may be necessary. Inconsistent hot water supply can be a bit inconvenient, especially for larger groups.

The location was on point, right near the main promenade in Naples. We were able to hit up all the happening spots for nightlife and shopping. The apartment was spacious and could fit all five of us. Plus, there were so many cool bars and restaurants nearby. It was the perfect spot for a bunch of party-loving teens like us!

If there's one thing I wish could've been better, it would be having a common area where we could chill and hang out with our crew. It would've been awesome to have a space where we could gather before hitting the town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was perfect, close to the main promenade and within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, from the porter who carried our luggage to the easy check-in and check-out process. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. We also enjoyed the fact that there were many tourist destinations nearby and the hotel felt secure.
